Cancel or reschedule an appointment? No problem, this can be done free of charge up to 48 hours before the start. You can easily do this yourself via the link at the top of the confirmation email you received. Of course you can also inform us by telephone. In case of late cancellation at 24 hours we will charge 50% of the treatment, in case of a no-show we are forced to charge 100% of the treatment. Make sure you are on time, after 10 minutes late we are forced to cancel the appointment. This is due to a tight schedule and it is not the intention that the customer after you has to wait! There is sufficient parking space in the street without a permit or blue card. Please place the bicycle in the bicycle rack in the front garden.
